FAQ's

  • Do You Accept Health Insurance?

We do not accept insurance, and here’s why.

By operating independently of insurance companies, we have the flexibility to provide truly customized care without restrictions on treatments, appointment times, or the services we offer. This means your health decisions are based on what’s best for you, not what an insurance provider decides is “necessary”.

However, many of our patients use their health insurance for the bloodwork we order. In addition, to make our care accessible to as many people as possible, we do offer payment plan options with 0% APR for those who qualify.

  • What Can I Expect from an Appointment?

At ALiGN, we take a personalized, patient-centered approach to your care.

Consultations: We take the time to review your medical history, while also discussing your health concerns, goals, and expectations. We will order whatever labwork is needed to develop a treatment plan just for you.

Follow-ups: Depending on your needs, follow-ups can be brief check-ins or longer sessions to adjust and optimize your treatment plan. Our goal is to ensure you’re seeing real progress and feeling your best.

  • Do You Offer Telehealth Services?

Yes! We know that in-person visits aren’t always convenient, so we offer virtual appointments to accommodate your schedule.

Whether you are traveling, have a busy lifestyle, or simply prefer remote care, our tele-health services ensure you can still receive high-quality, personalized treatment from wherever you are.

  • Do you see patients nationwide?

Yes! ALiGN is credentialed to see patients nationwide.

  • How do I get the prescriptions that are prescribed for me by my ALiGN provider?

Your prescriptions are shipped directly from our compounding pharmacy partner and are sent right to your doorstep!

  • Can you tell me more about the ALiGN providers?

Our expert clinical team is highly experienced in root cause and regenerative medicine. The team is passionate about providing a patient-centered approach to support mental health, resilience, and overall well-being.

Our team of licensed nurses and providers is led by Dr. Dina BenDavid, who is revolutionizing mental health care across the country.

  • I would like to get a vitamin or peptide shot but do not live near your clinic locations. Is it possible to still get them?

Yes! You qualify for our BetterBox™ program, in which we conduct a brief tele-health evaluation and determine the best wellness shot(s) for your concerns.

The medication is then shipped to your home from our pharmacy partner, where you self-administer. (Don’t worry, our team will teach you how!). Click here to learn more.
