Refund Policy


Prescription medications and medical grade supplements are subjected to state and federal laws. These laws do not permit us to restock items or to accept returned prescription medications for refund. Therefore, I understand that all sales are final.


If you have questions regarding our services or our fees, please let us know at the time of service. We are committed to patient satisfaction and available to answer any questions or concerns you may have in regards to the services we offer.


Shipping Policy


All medications prescribed during a tele-health appointment will be shipped to your home address on file. The pharmacy will prepare and ship all medications directly to you. Shipping times from the pharmacy will vary based on the product and demand of the medication and may take up to 15 business days. Expedited shipping may be available for an additional charge.


All supplements and products ordered will be shipped to your home address on file. The products will be shipped from ALiGN and may take up to one business week. Expedited shipping may be available for an additional charge.


Payment Policy


All payment is expected at the time of service or product ordering. We only accept payment in the form of Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover, and Cherry Pay if the patient qualifies. The patient’s card on file will be charged for any services received, programs enrolled in and prescription medications ordered at the conclusion of the tele-health appointment.
