With ALiGN RX Complete, you’ll receive ALL the elements of the ALiGN RX program, PLUS personalized fitness and nutrition support from our team of experts, along with customized wellness coaching. This program offers 1:1 support so that you don't lose sight of your goal. It is maximum accountability for the ultimate success.
What makes ALiGN different?
While the medication is an integral piece of the puzzle for many, what makes ALiGN unique is our focus and commitment to help patients understand the root causes of their eating patterns and how to shift their mindset and make the changes necessary to sustain their weight loss once and for all.
ALiGN prescriptions will come directly from our FDA-regulated pharmacy. All ALiGN medications are self-administered, and in most cases, will include a weekly injection. In some cases we may recommend a daily injection or oral tablets instead.
While an injection may sound scary, most patients report it being painless, quick, and easy. They are placed just under the skin—going into your fat instead of your muscle. (The needle is ultra-fine, so it isn’t like a typical shot!) Your specific dose is titrated up under our direction, based on effect and tolerability.

Step 1
Fill out online intake form.
In order to ensure that our ALiGN Weight Loss program is right for you, you’ll fill out our simple intake form. If you qualify, you can then schedule your consult with an ALiGN clinical team so we can get to know you better and register you for the program that best fits your needs.
Step 2
Schedule Lab Work + Telehealth Consult
Our medical providers will complete a comprehensive intake and health assessment, from which they will design a personalized treatment plan for you. We will require certain blood work to be done and reviewed prior to starting, that can be quickly and easily drawn by your local Labcorp lab. Most treatment plans will include a prescription customized for you.

While your prescription is on its way, you’ll receive personalized fitness and nutrition support from our team of experts, all on your custom app! *
All ALiGN packages include an array of fitness, nutrition and mindset support that will optimize and accelerate your weight loss.

Your weight loss journey begins!
Once you receive your prescription, you're ready to get started! We will have weekly check-in calls with you to oversee your progress and answer any questions you may have along the way.
